Order Cancellation

Cancellation of Processed Orders

If your order has already been processed or shipped, it may not be possible to cancel it. In such cases, you may still be able to return the item(s) for a refund or exchange, subject to our refund and returns policy.

Refunds for Cancelled Orders

If your order is eligible for cancellation and a refund, we will process the refund to your original method of payment within 7 days. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
